Curmudgeons' CornerGuestmudgeon Nelson is old enough to know the differenceAs a genealogist, I spend a lot of time working with graveyard records. As I grow older I get more and more annoyed by the frequency of people who write or say interned when they mean interred. I'm generally mild-mannered and accepting of others' foibles but I'm now age 81. Should I wait until I'm older to consider myself a bona fide curmudgeon? |
